CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Customers can cancel their requested services within 24 hours. Refunds will be made back to the original payment method. Please allow up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
- For recurring payments, users may cancel their subscription by providing a written notice prior to the next billing cycle, as per the terms agreed upon at the time of subscription.
- Customer may cancel the subscription anytime through account or support request.
- Cancellation must be submitted before the next billing date to avoid renewal charges.
- Subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- No partial refunds for unused time unless otherwise stated.
Return/Refund Policy:
Once the notice period ends and services are officially terminated, any unused service amounts or remaining balance due will be refunded promptly. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method or through another agreed-upon method. Please note that any applicable fees or deductions outlined in your service contract may be applied before the final refund is issued.
